Spring Break

We went to warm and balmy Colorado Springs for spring break. Ok, so it was cold and snowy, but we still had fun. We went to the Olympic Training Center where the boys got to go inside the boxing gym! On Easter Sunday we went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. It was 28 degrees and snowing, so we were just about the only ones there. We got to feed the giraffes! Ben got up close and personal with the birds. We also got a behind the scenes tour at the Air Force Academy. One of Chris' PhD students is a Reservist in the Air Force; he showed us around. Unfortunately, it was also spring break at the Academy, so we didn't get to see the cadets. The boys got to swim a lot in the pool, too. Even Harry enjoyed the water.
